1. In short. StartupSwipe is a game. You can play it, stream it and post videos of it. You can't copy it, resell it or take it apart. It has no ads and no subscription. Your rights as a consumer always stand.

2. Who we are. StartupSwipe is made and sold by Maurizzio Penalba («we»). By installing or playing the game, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't play.

3. Your license. We let you install and play the game for your own personal use, on the devices your store allows. The game stays ours: its code, art, text, music and name.

4. What you can't do.

Copy, share, sell or rent the game.
Unpack, decompile or change it, except where the law lets you.
Get around the payment for the full game.
Use its art, text or music in something else, apart from what point 5 allows.

5. Streams and videos. You can stream the game, post videos and screenshots, and earn money from them on the platform you use. Just don't present them as official. On a computer, streamer mode reads the public Twitch chat of the channel you enter and never writes in it. Your stream follows Twitch's rules.

6. Buying the game.

On iPhone and Android, the download is free and includes chapter I. One payment unlocks chapters II to V. There's nothing else to buy.
On a computer, you buy the game in its store. The demo is free.
The store shows the price and handles the payment. We never see your card.
Your purchase belongs to your account in that store. On another phone with the same account, go to Options and tap Restore purchase.

7. Refunds. The store you bought from handles refunds, under its rules and your local law. If a phone store refunds the full game, chapters II to V lock again. If something goes wrong, write to us and we'll try to help.

8. Your saves. Your saves stay on your device and we have no copy. Uninstalling the game deletes them, and we can't bring them back.

9. Updates. Updates can add, change or remove parts of the game. Purchases and achievements depend on other companies' services, and we can't promise those will always work. One day we may stop updating the game.

10. It's fiction. The game is satire. Its people, companies and numbers are made up, and its money isn't real. Nothing in it is business, financial or legal advice.

11. The store's terms. Your store's terms also apply: Apple's, Google Play's or Steam's. If they disagree with this page about a purchase or a license in that store, the store's terms win.

12. Privacy. Our privacy policy says what the game sends and how to turn it off.

13. Minors. The game is meant for teens and adults. If you're a minor, ask a parent or guardian before you buy it.

14. No guarantees. As far as the law allows, we offer the game as it is, and we don't promise it will be free of bugs. Also as far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and the most we can owe you is what you paid for the game.

15. Your rights as a consumer. Nothing on this page takes away the rights your country's law gives you and that can't be waived. Point 14 doesn't limit anything the law doesn't let us limit.

16. Ending. You can stop any time by deleting the game. If you break these terms, your license ends.

17. Changes. If these terms change, the date above changes. If it's a big change, we'll say so on this site before it applies.

18. The law that applies. These terms follow the law of Nicaragua. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law where you live and can go to court there.

1. En corto. StartupSwipe es un juego. Puedes jugarlo, transmitirlo y publicar videos. No puedes copiarlo, revenderlo ni desarmarlo. No tiene anuncios ni suscripción. Tus derechos como consumidor siempre valen.

2. Quiénes somos. StartupSwipe lo hace y lo vende Maurizzio Penalba («nosotros»). Al instalar o jugar el juego, aceptas estas condiciones. Si no las aceptas, no juegues.

3. Tu licencia. Te dejamos instalar y jugar el juego para tu uso personal, en los dispositivos que permita tu tienda. El juego sigue siendo nuestro: su código, arte, textos, música y nombre.

4. Lo que no puedes hacer.

Copiar, compartir, vender o alquilar el juego.
Abrirlo, descompilarlo o cambiarlo, salvo donde la ley te lo permita.
Saltarte el pago del juego completo.
Usar su arte, sus textos o su música en otra cosa, fuera de lo que permite el punto 5.

5. Transmisiones y videos. Puedes transmitir el juego, publicar videos y capturas, y ganar dinero con ellos en la plataforma que uses. Solo no los presentes como oficiales. En computadora, el modo streamer lee el chat público de Twitch del canal que escribas y nunca escribe en él. Tu transmisión sigue las reglas de Twitch.

6. Comprar el juego.

En iPhone y Android, la descarga es gratis e incluye el capítulo I. Un solo pago desbloquea los capítulos II a V. No hay nada más que comprar.
En computadora, el juego se compra en su tienda. La demo es gratis.
La tienda muestra el precio y hace el cobro. Nosotros nunca vemos tu tarjeta.
Tu compra queda en tu cuenta de esa tienda. En otro teléfono con la misma cuenta, entra a Opciones y toca Restaurar compra.

7. Reembolsos. Los reembolsos los maneja la tienda donde compraste, según sus reglas y la ley de tu país. Si una tienda de teléfono reembolsa el juego completo, los capítulos II a V se vuelven a bloquear. Si algo sale mal, escríbenos y tratamos de ayudarte.

8. Tus partidas. Tus partidas se guardan en tu dispositivo y nosotros no tenemos copia. Si desinstalas el juego, se borran y no las podemos recuperar.

9. Actualizaciones. Las actualizaciones pueden agregar, cambiar o quitar partes del juego. Las compras y los logros dependen de servicios de otras empresas, y no podemos prometer que siempre funcionen. Algún día podemos dejar de actualizar el juego.

10. Es ficción. El juego es una sátira. Su gente, sus empresas y sus números son inventados, y su dinero no es real. Nada de lo que dice es un consejo de negocios, financiero ni legal.

11. Las condiciones de la tienda. También valen las condiciones de tu tienda: las de Apple, las de Google Play o las de Steam. Si no coinciden con esta página sobre una compra o una licencia en esa tienda, mandan las de la tienda.

12. Privacidad. Nuestra política de privacidad dice qué manda el juego y cómo apagarlo.

13. Menores. El juego está pensado para adolescentes y adultos. Si eres menor de edad, pídele permiso a tu madre, padre o tutor antes de comprarlo.

14. Sin garantías. Hasta donde la ley lo permite, ofrecemos el juego tal como está y no prometemos que no tenga errores. También hasta donde la ley lo permite, no respondemos por pérdidas indirectas, y lo máximo que podemos deberte es lo que pagaste por el juego.

15. Tus derechos como consumidor. Nada de esta página te quita los derechos que te da la ley de tu país y a los que no se puede renunciar. El punto 14 no limita lo que la ley no nos deja limitar.

16. Cómo termina. Puedes dejar de jugar cuando quieras borrando el juego. Si no cumples estas condiciones, tu licencia termina.

17. Cambios. Si estas condiciones cambian, la fecha de arriba cambia. Si el cambio es grande, lo diremos en este sitio antes de que empiece a valer.

18. La ley que aplica. Estas condiciones siguen la ley de Nicaragua. Si eres consumidor, también conservas la protección de la ley del lugar donde vives y puedes acudir a sus tribunales.
